This is shopping capital or rather the shopping street of Singapore. You will find all the big brands along this road and for the budget conscious traveler, people watching is an interesting experience. These roads will be lit up with festive cheer during Christmas. Singapore Merlion

The Merlion, a mythical creature with the body of a fish and head of a lion, is the local icon and a photo with the icon is must do while in Singapore. Located in front of One Fullerton hotel and overlooking the Marina Bay, it is a beautiful place to visit especially at night.

2 night @ Langkawi

Take the BUS at 9 PM from Golden Mile complex Singapore to Sungai Nibong Bus terminal Penang.

The bus will drop you at Sugai Nibong bus terminal which is a bit far from the city.

Alternatively, if you have more time you can spend the day or 2 in Penang which is foodies paradise and Unesco site.

Genting Highlands

You require on a full day. Leave early to Genting highlands. Arrive at the bottom of the hill and take a cable car ride from the cable car station to the Genting high lands hotel.

Visit – Chin swee cave temple, Snow world, Straw berry leisure farm and Haunted Adventure – a 10 minutes’ walk in the darkness.

Take the Express bus from KL Sentral to Genting Highlands. Bus + Sky way cable cost around 12 RM (INR 200)

Batu Caves

10 km to the north of Kuala Lumpur. Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God at the entrance, besides a steep 272 climb up its steps to finally view the stunning skyline of the city centre. Golden statue of Lord Murugan.

From KL Sentral, take the monorail service to Titiwangsa station. Alight here and take the bus to Batu Caves.

When visiting KL towers don’t miss to visit Malaysian Cultural village and an F1 simulator Room.
